Some offers for Now TV Broadband:-

- Free Anytime Calls for new customers.

- Free 6 months Entertainment Pass for new and existing re-contracting customers.

- Access to new customer prices for existing re-contracting customers (offered to me with minimal haggling).

(New customers can take 1 & 2, and existing re-contracting customers can take 2 & 3). Now TV Broadband seem to favour 12 month contracts.

The only date I can see on the offer is that the Free TV Pass voucher has to be used by 31/5/2019. (That could well be the end date for the overall offer... or not).

I've been with Now TV for Fibre BB for the past year. Not had any major problems with it. When I've called Customer Services they've been helpful and sorted things out quickly.

BB quality should be the same with Now TV as it would be with any other unbundled operator: Plusnet, BT, Talktalk, EE, Sky, etc.

I'm in exactly the same situation and had the same experience with them, would definitely recommend. I think I took it out in May so I'll give them a call next month as the price should be going up to £25 (from £20).

Any ideas why Now TV Broadband only accept card payments and not Direct Debit ??

I'd guess it's because the payment system is shared with the TV side, which has always been Card based.

Hasn't this offer been there for about a month now?

Just for information this appears to be for the 'Fab Fibre' rather than 'Super Fibre', 36Mbps & 63Mbps average speeds respectively. They've muddied the waters by using the term 'Superfast Fast Fibre' on the offer so I may be wrong.

I have 36Mbps from NowTV and can't actually get the 63Mbps speed (according to Sky so presumably the same from NowTV) so if it is the higher average they're selling there you may be restricted to the 36Mbps anyway.

It's taken me until now to have a proper look at it. :)

There is also cashback of "up to £90" presently available via Quidco.

I think you're right - it IS 36Mbps "Fab Fibre". I think their marketing people have got ahead of themselves by adding the term "Superfast" when their 63 Mbps product is called "Super Fibre".

Yes. To quote their small print:
Speeds vary significantly by location... External factors such as internet congestion and home wiring may affect speed.
