Understand Number 10 now seriously considering indicative votes on Brexit next week. Government source tells me there could be 7 options: PM deal, revocation, second ref, deal + customs union, deal + customs + single market, FTA or no deal

So....what's your pick? :)

No deal at the end of the extension
Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future

All the cash-rich landlords will buy all the cheap property and outbid you, so you're wasting your wishes/hopes.

Surely another referendum would not be the same YES/NO vote; if people are voting out, then they should know what they are voting for.
So the vote would be, remain, leave with a Norway style deal, leave with Mays deal and maybe a leave with the Canada style deal.

    Any others?

You could also have an instant-runoff voting system, complicated isn't it, do you think people will understand?

Most of the options bar no deal or revoke are available under May's deal - which is just a withdrawal agreement with a transition to 31 December 2020 not a final state.

No need to decide anything yet - but unlike Norway or Norway plus her deal did allow us access to the single market for goods but didn't require freedom of movement.

Perhaps that is the compromise - her deal (ending FOM) and we stay in the customs union. Norway plus (single market and customs union) is total vassal state - bound by its rules but having no say in them and FOM stays. You might as well remain - and keep MEPs and a seat at the table when decisions are made.

Seems no deal and revoke are the only options with much support on here - so whatever happens half the forum won't be happy!

Political voting inside the HoP will make any outcomes nonsense.

We are doomed to crash out. As the EU aren't going to amend their deal.

QMV makes the UK's influence null and void. Politics within the EU crosses borders.

Three leave options and one remain? Hardly seems fair to split the leave campaign and votes 3 way with only 1 remain option/campaign!

Surely we should have several remain options too

    remain but lose our rebate
    remain plus Euro plus Schengen
remain plus Schengen keep rebate no Euro etc
full on united states of Europe under President Juncker

Cos if we remain - remain as now won't be the long term situation.

Of course the second referendum won't be fair, the snouts in the trough don't want ordinary folk to vote wrong a second time.

I wonder what they'll think if it leads to Prime Minister Farage?

It would make more sense to have the vote organised on an STV basis.
Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.
