Who says they ‘have to’? This is a totally unregulated industry.
Making people worry is precisely the private parking industry’s business model. That’s mainly how they get people to pay them - harassment, threat and intimidation.
But please tell your wife not to worry. As Coupon-mad says above ‘it’s only Highview’. Seriously, they are probably the most benign parking operator in the entire country.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
