complained in person to Tesco manager and was told that they don't deal with the parking fines as land does not belong to them , I have sent the template to HIGHWAY PARKING , wish me luck0

You don't need luck. Highview are the easiest to beat, by using the template!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It’s usually Tesco that employ Highview so try the CEO.
Having said that Highview will recognise the BLUE template and should hopefully cancel.0 -

They are meant to come back in about a month. So you should hear it's cancelled in April, and if they write asking who was driving, IGNORE that begging letter!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have recently had seven 'PCNs' issued by Highview cancelled after the driver overstayed in a Tesco car park several times February-March (Tesco had changed the parking T&Cs twice this year and signage was confusing).
Highview took 5 days to respond to each appeal, and cancelled each one after I used the template in the newbies thread, so it seems their current response rate is within that timeframe.FTB 90% LTV application with Nationwide:
DIP: 7/8 (referred due to LTV)
Application submitted: 13/8
Valuation completed and NW text confirming it has been received: 20/8
Hard search performed: 24/8
Offer issued: 18/90 -
Ben 7 days so far , No response , I await the reply :-)0

While you are waiting, do not shop at Tesco, the longer they take, the loser is Tesco ...... go shop somewhere else, Tesco customers should never put up with such abuse0
