If you're only using it for switching, you don't need any min monthly deposit, and DDs would only be required if the switch offer T&Cs stipulate them. Keep both / one of your Tesco bank accounts?No, but I'm using it for my Lifetime ISA contribution this year, which will give me £1000.
I find it usually quite hard to scout out people that want to switch, especially enough to get £500 in vouchers. That's 10 people. I'm not going to open up lots of donor accounts either.0
