Tranfer one / both Tesco accounts to another provider for a better rate?
But they are also lowering by 2%, back down to 3% from Julydavidquizer wrote: »TSB gives 5% on their current account up to £1500. They also give 2% on a monthly saver. You only have to pay in £500 per month.0 -

Deposits to Starling are instant at the Post Office. In fact, my phone has vibrated with a notification of the deposit before the till has even started printing the receipt.Fingerbobs wrote: »Cash deposits made via the Post Office take a day to appear in the target bank account. Tesco is instant. I can pay the cash in at the Customer Services desk in Tesco, then pull my mobile out and move the money straight into the account I want it in.0 -
Keep both / one of your Tesco bank accounts?Hi. I've decided to put it toward my 2019/20 Lifetime ISA contribution. Shame, it was a good account at 3% with no other requirements. I'll keep £1 in it though. Handy to have a spare current account.0

Yes, you could even make money from it. At the moment, it's as high as £175 if you never had a Natwest account before, or at least £50 from Santander. Or both, if you play your cards right (though best to have two spare accounts for that)20SmthngSver wrote: »Hi. I've decided to put it toward my 2019/20 Lifetime ISA contribution. Keep both / one of your Tesco bank accounts?Hi. I've had £125 from NatWest's December promotion. And I'm not really interested in vouchers, just cash incentives :rotfl:
I'd planned on depositing to the Lifetime ISA later than this but may as well use it for it now.0
