And yet again you show your true colours. Brexit or no Brexit, a good Brexit or bad Brexit, I will work with what I have and do my best.
You on the other hand are looking for one outcome, what you think will be a destructive Brexit that hurts people.

Brexit can`t be "blown out of proportion" if we have not had Brexit yet, the fact that you want this present situation to be all there is to Brexit, and the fact you voted against Brexit shows that you fear for your personal/financial outcome after Brexit IMO. Brexit is one factor that could seriously undermine the property bubble that you seem so keen on?

It is a classic bubble, transactions are half what they were at the peak of the madness and prices have continued to be pushed up to the point where they are now stalling, anyone thinking that prices over the last three years are normal or sustainable is either just ramping or very deluded IMO.

    Oh Dear Oh dear

You really need to get back to basics research wise. It's hard to debate with someone who will not even acknowledge facts. I would say there is very little difference in real terms on the value of my properties in the last 3 years, where is you evidence?

Please note "Ramping" & "uber bulls" are not people advocating a flat stalling market, in fact it seems like you are our long lost uber bull we have been trying to locate since the name has been flying around :-)

Once again you are confusing people personal interests and wishes with their financial situation.
I’m not rich, but some of us are well off enough to be philanthropic and promote the welfare of others.

You say you don’t need lecturing, but you don’t appear to understand how some other people think or appreciate that they might be different to you.

Fact is some of us are doing well enough to look beyond our own personal circumstances.

Yes, a majority of people voted to leave the EU for example.

No it was not a majority of “people”.
It was a majority of voters but not a majority of the population.

Yes, and very soon they are going to find out that all the immigrants are not all going to be running back to their home countries and solving their problems and issues, far from it, I suspect that immigration though lower will continue to be 300,000 per year for the next decade at least.

Brexit is going to turn out for many people to be the biggest mass shooting of feet in British history, all I know is that I have been in my own home for decades now and I am 100% certain that will continue for the next few decades, Brexit or no Brexit, how's your plan working out Crashy?

What would be your alternative to our voting system?

The end of FOM changes how people come here in future, any way you try to spin it that is a big change, and IMO the effects will be felt in the BTL sector almost immediately. You voted Remain so you don`t really believe your own first paragraph do you?

My reasons for voting Remain had nothing to do with immigration, positive or negative, some of us have politics that just don't always revolve around money and economics, my reasons were probably alien to you and mainly revolve around friendship and cooperation.
