You can’t transfer mbna to another mbna card. Why did you think you could?
From the way OP originally wrote, it sounded like they had already done the BT; their later post suggested they have yet to do it and replies from other posters suggest they can't do it anyway.
OP, have you actually transferred the balance or have you just got the card and have yet to try the BT?
It would be odd for a card company to willingly swap a profitable debt for an unprofitable one.
The only thing we can say with any reasonable certainty now is that any additional spending on the new card will be at 0% for 20 months, so it should be safe to spend on it and have a balance transferred to it (from wherever).0 -
We have done, the new card came through 2 days ago
I have NEVER heard of a lender permitting a balance transfer between it's own cards.
The fact that you have obtained a second card from MBNA with a sufficiently large credit limit is plausible although surprising considering the level of interest bearing debt with MBNA and the length of time that it has existed but their making you a special offer to transfer this debt to a new MBNA card at 0% for 30 months is not. Sorry.

I know It even says on the website that you can't transfer a balance from one MBNA account to another MBNA account I have no plans to ever spend on his card again its chopped up.0 -
The new card may have come through but have you actually done the balance transfer and has it gone through?

That just shows that you have been successful in obtaining a second MBNA card - it does not say that the balance transfer has gone through.0
