my wife is a customer with virgin and we are stuck in a !!!! deal, where we are paying the same as a new customer without sports and movies
if she said to virgin I want to finish as a customer and myself take over as a "new customer" then would we then be able to keep our current box which has quite a few recordings that I dont want to lose.
I would ask Virgin but they are likely to say anything in order to get the business
thanks for any advice
