As long as you don’t tick ‘I was the driver’, the rest are largely immaterial. Just make sure you take a screenshot immediately before submitting, as that drop down box has defaulted to ‘I was the driver’ previously.
    Re PCN number:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a formal complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner and to my MP.

    ...Is that correct?
As long as that is from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 and you don’t alter or add to it, then that’s correct.
Do I sign off with my name?
If the HV requirements for submitting your appeal asks for that, you supply it. Follow their requirements precisely, otherwise they have an excuse to ignore your appeal as it’s not been submitted as required.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    No, absolutely not.

The NEWBIES tells you not to edit it, regular posters here with far more experience in this filed have told you not to edit it, so don't do it.

When you complain to the CEO again, ask how to go about cancelling your account and closing your bank account, as he/she has given you no other viable option or reason to keep spending £XXX per year in their shop. (Do quote the amount they will be losing.)

In addition to this and complaining to your MP about this unregulated scam, contact the local council to find out what the planning permission said about parking. It may be it was originally set at, say, three hours but the scammers have deliberately reduced it.
Also find out if planning permission was obtained for cameras and if advertising consent was obtained for the signs. Not having the latter is a criminal offence.
Get all the info from the planning department before firing off your next set of snotogrammes.

Click on the Forum Jump "GO" button you will find near the top or bottom right of this page. That will take you to the main page where you will find a thread enitled,

Sticky: **NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? OLD OR NEW? **READ THESE FAQS FIRST!** Thankyou!

Read it, then start your own thread if you need further help. Do not reveal the driver's identity at any point. You should edit our post and any others to remove that information. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper.

Hello everyone! This is the response from Tesco. It looks quite "cold" and it does seem now that I will move both my shopping and banking habits elsewhere.

    " Good morning
    Thank you for your email.
I am sorry but I am unable to pass your email to our CEO. Mr Lewis set this office up to respond on behalf of himself and his Board. Due to the nature of his role he is unable to respond personally. However, he does take a keen interest in all correspondence to his office.
To reiterate Mr Evangelos, all appeals must go through the issuing body initially. This is our process and must be adhered to.
Whilst I very much appreciate what you cite within your email I am sure that you will understand that our processes are set up to ensure fairness for all of our customers.
    Kind regards

    (Name)
Customer Service Executive to the Board"

What is your opinion on that? I have not yet had any answer from my appeal with Highview.
    Thanks

Reply thanking them for their mail and that you will no longer be using their stores. Tell them you will also tell friends and family not to use them again.

If you have a Clubcard and spend a large amount with them give them the details so they can see how much they are losing.

I agree. Spell it out. Say goodbye, you've lost our custom.

BTW you will easily win v Highview; they are like blowing over a feather.
