House been on market a month....hardly any interest

Wow... did it really sell for just 2.5k in 2003 and then sold for 105k in 2014? that is an insane price increase for a house! I would be put off by that in the current political/economic climate as it could have the potential to go back down quite alot given what it has sold for in the past.0

I've a feeling the couple we bought it from had bought it from her parents, hence the extremely low price!
Market Value was around £110,000 when i bought 4 years ago and £120,000 now0 -
