Completely off topic, but what shed is that? I'm currently buying a house and looking for a shed. I've seen loads of good and bad reviews of plastic sheds (which that one looks like).

    Any info on it? :D

Haha no worries! its from Argos

    hope that helps :T
  • Wow... did it really sell for just 2.5k in 2003 and then sold for 105k in 2014? that is an insane price increase for a house! I would be put off by that in the current political/economic climate as it could have the potential to go back down quite alot given what it has sold for in the past.

I've a feeling the couple we bought it from had bought it from her parents, hence the extremely low price!

Market Value was around £110,000 when i bought 4 years ago and £120,000 now

Yes, or a transfer of equity - no way that the £2.5k would have been market price.
  • Update:
