Yep, came up as the top Google result with no error.

Why do we keep spending so long telling people how to find the DPO emails? This seems to be a recurring theme, and slows us down quite a bit.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good evening forum, I need some help with Premier park. I was sent a PCN for parking in a free car park with a time limit of 2 hours. I have read the newbies and sent a free letter Wich was download from MSE, stating I would not say who was driving at the time and requested full info as to why I was sent this PCN ect.
I have now received a letter from a det recovery company for £160. Which says I was find because I left the car park, this is the first time I have heard why the PCN was sent also in the original letter it says very that the DVLA has give my contact information ( name and address) am I correct in thinking that premier park /DVLA have acted out side of the new GDPR laws.

    Any help would greatly appreciate

Well we've had the SAR pack arrive.
The most interesting thing is in the "comments box" it links straight to this thread. So they are watching.
Can someone explain next steps please?
    Thanks

The reason for submitting a SAR is to find out what the PPC knows about this parking incident so that you can use that info/data to start forming your POPLA appeal or defence (depending upon which stage you are at ). Your next step is then to formulate an appeal or a defence.

Now you know why throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving! And that "the ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you"

Too late now for her to use "keeper" etc so that the PPC cannot know who was driving!

They'd know who was driving anyway as our defence is going to be she was allowed on the car park because she was a member of gym and signing in tablet was always going faulty, and bank statements and emails confirm times/dates so not unduly worries although I am supprised the lengths they go to to extract money.

It's realised that it's spilt milk as far as you are concerned, but important for newbies who may read your thread to understand that they should be careful with posts as they could come back to bite them months/years down the line in a county court. (Eg if wanting to use pofa defence)

Thanks, I'm back home on laptop now, much easier than mobile.

Am I correct POPLA is now a no go as it's been over a year since incident occured, and we should just go straight down the formal appeal to company themselves?
    Thank you.
