She should email, not 'ask'.

She should write it as a polite heads up to the new Manger asking if he is aware why the Gym has lost so many previously regular patrons, and this is one huge reason.

Then explain what has happened and say how horrified people are that the Gym allow this to happen to their members, and ask if he/she supports PP suing members?

Just a question to hopefully get a sympathetic reply she can use later.

No phone calls, no going in, no 'asking if he/she can cancel it' (too late).

She's just text me saying there was a fingerprint reader at the gym and that sent an auto email to her everytime she entered gym, that ties in with time and date too.
She's got all those backed up.

I've read all searches I can find on PP and am ready to start.
Can someone please let me know where to send the SAR to PP?
The newbies section says

"you can find out where to send the SAR (usually by email) by looking on the Parking firm's PRIVACY webpage."
No information is on their site or by Google as to an email address for requesting a SAR, only to forms to appeal/pay.
Thanks

Usually I would direct you to Auntie Google but thought I would check it out first. Just as well I did, their web site will not let me in due to FORBIDDEN 403 ERROR! However, try dpo@premierpark.co.uk

ETA; corrected email address

As you say:

I just stuck premier park privacy into google and the first item returned is, lo and behold, Premier Park's Privacy Policy.

In Premier Park's Privacy Policy is the email address of their Data Protection Officer.

Their Privacy Policy can also be accessed by clicking on Data Information at the bottom of every one of their web pages.

So did I Keith and I got: -
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /privacy-policy/ on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Fortunately, I had previously posted the e-mail address for another OP.
