    My uncle gave me 3 cheques to post into my account for new car and there all came back as unpaid

    Why would your uncle give you three cheques?

    Where did these cheques come from? Whose account were they drawn on?

    Honestly this is sounding more and more like stolen cheques.

  • if the cheques came of your uncle why 3 he could of wrote one out if the cheques were for your uncle in his name and he signed the back the bank may of thought you were trying to commit fraud and may of only done a check on you with cifas if you was reported to cifas for cat 6 first party fraud you might has well say goodbye to any future credit or bank account for a very long time it be either 6 years of 10 befgore it comes of
