if the cheques came of your uncle why 3 he could of wrote one out if the cheques were for your uncle in his name and he signed the back the bank may of thought you were trying to commit fraud and may of only done a check on you with cifas if you was reported to cifas for cat 6 first party fraud you might has well say goodbye to any future credit or bank account for a very long time it be either 6 years of 10 befgore it comes of
