A SAR is just you requesting all information the parking scammers holds on you and being lawfully entitled to said information BUT (again as far as I know) it does not stop the Court claim process and this is where you have gone wrong.
Correct Del Boy,
I think this must be made clear when telling someone to SAR0 -
The default CCJs seem irrecoverable and while extremely painful would be best paid by the deadline.
Seems the only one potentially within our ambit to assist is the third county court claim.
Can you tell us the Date of Issue shown on the Claim form (near the top, r/h side)?
Have you acknowledged service (hereafter we use the acronym AOS for this)?
Don't distract the conversation by posting about any SAR action taken or planned, we need to deal with this on a belt and braces basis right now. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The first 2 default must be paid by 11th April
Yes just 2 CcJ’s And the 3rd which is a lower amount than the first two is defendable.
Then that is what you MUST do, unfair HELL YES!!! do the parking scum care, NO!!!
You do of course have the 'set aside' option but as pointed out by a good regular cost is £255 EACH!!! and chances of getting them allowed are close to zero.
Only option the way I see it is pay the first 2 CCJ,s (you do NOT want 2 CCJ,s on your file) defend the 3rd and take the expensive lesson on the chin.
As a side note I think??? you need to pay both judgements IN FULL to avoid them being registered on your file, NO payment plan, this gets entered as 'Satisfied' but of course is still showing so that's a big no no!!!
Beg, steal (well maybe not steal, that's the parking scammers job) or borrow to get rid of them, defend the 3rd and gain valuable knowledge in how/what to do with the parking scum and if you ever end up in this situation again (hopefully never) you will know what to do.0 -
Thank you.
I am out with my daughter this afternoon so will follow your advice as soon as I can later.
I haven’t completed the AOS for the 3rd claim but will do so tonight.
I will also compile the info you suggested as soon as I can today ready to post.

Thank you all.
This is part of the email from BW Re the 2 CCJ’s.
Can anybody clarify if paying in instalments will also prevent the CCJ from being entered? As their wording suggests this.

I'm not an expert in 'payment plan' area but from what I've read on Gov.co.uk website regarding CCJ,s unless its paid in full a judgement does get entered so to (sort of) clarify, pay in full=nothing entered, pay in instalments= judgement entered but marked 'satisfied' pay nothing=judgement entered marked 'in default'
Wait for better clarification off the regulars (who will know) because my interpretation of all this could be inaccurate and then make your decision/s.
One thing that is actually mystifying me and I would like clarification on this too (for any further BS I might have to deal with) is I thought it was ONLY the COURTS that can enforce a judgement and the scumbag legals play no further part apart from agreeing/not agreeing a 'set aside'?0 -

The court judgment if not satisfied by the defendant can be enforced by the claimant (or I guess their legals) by applying back to the court for an order to enforce. That might include attachment of earnings or a knock on the door from bailiffs to lift your 65" TV.
If the debt is in excess of £600, the claimant can seek a High Court Enforcement Order, that's when you'll get Paul Bohill and Steve Pinner turning up to take your 65 incher and you probably appearing on it in a few weeks time! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Thanks.
I’ll be sure to post the specific dates of the other LBC when I’m home later and have my hands on the forms.0
