I'm no expert at this, but it appears the wrong letters have been ignored. Two court cases, which were lost by default through not responding/attending, and then the court imposed fine was ignored too, hence the CCJ?
I know "fine" is a dirty word here, but is that what it becomes after a court case going against you?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. I issued a Subject access request for the first two LBC’s I received in Feb (which cover 7 PCN’s) requesting that a claim must be for all PCN’s outstanding.
So I was expecting all the outstanding PCN’s to be put under one umbrella, then a claim covering all to be made.
I wasn’t aware they could issue 3 CCJ’s against me for what, in effect is all for the same reason etc.0 -
Thanks.
I will get some sort of timeline together and post something cohesive that someone can look at later.
Your advice is appreciated.0 -
Second time of asking what have you received through the post via Royal Mail about this. Not emails but post.0

I have just received 2 letters stating Judgement for the claimant (in default)0

You can ask for all Claims to be rolled into one to save Court fees etc and this is not unreasonable but its not done by a SAR (as far as I know?)
A SAR is just you requesting all information the parking scammers holds on you and being lawfully entitled to said information BUT (again as far as I know) it does not stop the Court claim process and this is where you have gone wrong.
You now need to deal with the impending CCJ/CCJ,s and their 'pay by xxxx date or else' this is much more important than waiting for your SAR to come back.
What is the date you have to pay by for the 2 CCJ,s? (is it only 2 CCJ,s?) again the 3rd potential CCJ looks defendable if your date of 24th March is correct.0 -
And 3 seperate LBC’s (all relate to the same car park/reasoning etc)0
-
The first 2 default must be paid by 11th April
Yes just 2 CcJ’s And the 3rd which is a lower amount than the first two is defendable.0 -
If you ignored the claim form then the chances of getting a set aside are close to nil.
You can try but it will cost you £255 for each claim to find out. There is no guarantee of getting this back.0
