I'd reply and say you have no need to complete the reply form yet, or at all, and your email was very clear and what part of the PAP requirement to put a case on hold for 30 days, do they not understand?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon, hope you're well :)
  • Hi, will this do the job?

    Dear Sirs

Thank you for your email the contents of which have been noted.

My email of (date) made my position very clear.

Furthermore, there is no need for me to complete the reply form and as previously stated you must place the case on hold for 30 days whilst I seek debt advice. This is a requirement of pre-action protocols for debt claims 2017

    Kind Regards

    xxxxxxx

    Kind regards???

Why not - love and kisses?

Seriously, you are writing a formal business letter to a company about to sue you.

The correct valediction is Yours faithfully.
  • Confirmed hold for 30 days. Is there anything I should be doing during this time?
