Remember, Itemised billing exists to show how your bill is made up. Not to act as a record of calls made.
Not listing calls that do not form part of your bill is a red herring. So why are we wasting time on it, other than as a reason to argue?0 -
Is agree, the OP has a simple solution -check the call log in the phone. It should be easy to check as they will have made a note of the date when they called.Remember, Itemised billing exists to show how your bill is made up. Not to act as a record of calls made.

The premium rate 084 and 087 numbers in that list are at least several years out of date.And what about helplines that offer 0845, 020 and other numbers?
