Remember, Itemised billing exists to show how your bill is made up. Not to act as a record of calls made.

Not listing calls that do not form part of your bill is a red herring. So why are we wasting time on it, other than as a reason to argue?

Is agree, the OP has a simple solution -check the call log in the phone. It should be easy to check as they will have made a note of the date when they called.
