Next Step Beauty - Be aware of your money!

Next Step Beauty is a total SCAM. It is run by one person out of a trading estate in Norwich. They supposedly offer classroom courses across the country. You are lured into signing up for the courses in the city of your choice. In fact they don't offer any classroom based courses at all, but use a legal loophole to lure you in. If you are unaware, they will say to you by clicking on the online course material, you have entered into a contract, which effectively cancels your claim to any refund. However, do NOT be afraid to challenge this guy, and your consumer rights are fully protected.

If you have already been lured into this trap, do NOT hesitate to contact Trading Standards or Citizen Advice Bureau. They will guide you on how to take the Next Step Beauty to court. I am shocked that they are still in business as they have been doing this for many years. But I understand they are on the relevant authorities' radar.

I booked my daughter onto this course - it was cancelled 8 days before, not enough people. They offered another training venue - 90 minutes away which we declined.
We requested a refund through the online form as advised. Have received the same response as everyone else on here.
I just rung and spoke to the office manager "Steve" who refused to give me his surname or let me speak to anyone about the refund. More or less laughed at me. Stating I had to email them.
Please can someone tell me what I do to start the complaints process and get a refund. I can't afford to not get £350 back!!
