Once they've formally notified you and the court of a discontinuation, that should be it. That is good news. They knew it was a lost cause.
You have the letter but as said above, double check with the court
as they cannot be trusted, VCS that is
It's now a dead case for them and I think when you refer to historical cases ...... you are probably just looking at old parking tickets the jokers try their luck on.
