    I wouldn't bother with Resolver. It's essentially nothing but a template for writing a complaint and some airlines ignore it. I suspect Jet2 will be sticking to their guns and that any compensation gained will either be through small claims court or through a no-win-no-fee firm like Bott.

    Jet2 wont deal with Resolver or email claims. Everything needs to be in writing and post.

    Resolver barely ever works, airlines won't bother so I would never use them for flight delay compensation. Go straight to the airlines claims web page and claim from there. Could save yourself weeks.
