    Thank you.

I shall get on to this as a matter of urgency.

PS would i need to send separate requests if I think it could be 2 pcn's or will the one request suffice?

    Cheers

each and every pcn should be challenged separately , therefore they can work harder and provide the info twice , you will then study to see if anything is missing from one and report them as necessary

Thank you very much for your advice.
  • you should also check with the DVLA that they have asked for info each and every time , as well

you should also check with the DVLA that they have asked for info each and every time , as well

Email the DVLA and ask which organisations (and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date(s) of the parking incident(s). You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.

    SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.uk

This service is free of charge.

Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thank you very much to all those who have been offering me advice. It is very much appreciated.

I went to my old address yesterday and I have found that there was 2 PCN'S.

So at the moment I have a PCN from September 13 and a keeper liability notice dated 18th October 2018 and in regards to the 1st Pcn of 11th September 2018 I have a final demand for payment dates the 2nd November 2018.

The letter before Claim was dated 5th February 2019 and has both PCN's on the same letter.

As per your advices I shall firstly send the rectification notice to the DPO of Gladstone's and the PPC.

    Quick update.
I have emailed Gladstone's the rectification notice and I have also emailed HX.

I have sent two separate SAR's to Gladstone's and 2 separate sar's to HX Car Park Ltd.

I now will email the dvla and send them subject access request.

    Many thanks

i fear that with a letter before claim dated 5th February 2019 gladstones may have already issued court papers , you need to stay on top of this

keep checking old address for a court claim , and do follow up letters to gladstones and the parking co and retain proof of postings for them

I haven't collected any post from the previous address for several months.

This is bad news. I hope you are in time to see the court claim and do a quick AOS.

I hope they haven't issued Proceedings but to be on the safe side is it wise for me to call Gladstone's up and ask them whether they have issued Proceedings yet?

Also do you think it's best to email or post Gldadstones and the Parking company in future correspondences or is email better?

Lastly I am going on holiday in a few weeks and won't be back for a month.
