I'm not sure getting a good redundancy pay off is relevant as when I was made redundant my MPPI paid out anyway without taking my redundancy money into consideration?

Redundancy pay is not an issue here I fear. It was mentioned in the OP, but as you say it's irrelevant.

They rejected it because of my answers for questions d5 and d6. They said I stated I would receive no pay off my employer if off work due to an accident, sickness or if made redundant (which I know I would just don't know the exact duration)
And I put my husband's earnings for d6 and they said I had limited means of making repayments if I was unable to work

You don't appear to be reading our responses.

Your complaint was weak and is rejected.

If you disagree, refer it to the Ombudsman.

    The end.

Remember, most people claim or believe they have great sick pay and guaranteed redundancy, in fact you will find most firms have 1-2 weeks, maybe a couple of months unless you're someone very senior. Even the generous civil service give 6 months full, 6 months half to some staff and not all. Similarly, redundancy means nothing if the firm goes under and has no money to pay it.

Statistically speaking you would expect to have SSP and whatever payout for redundancy your service merited if the firm was still solvent (even then, most payouts are capped) so if you did claim to have some exceptionally good policy, you would be expected to prove you did.

The last place I worked for didn't pay sick at all, if you were off they simply took the equivalent number of days from your salary

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Someone asked for the reasons so I just stated them... no need to be rude!!!
You can't say my complaint was week as you don't know what I put for my complaint... my query was the two questions I got rejected for not the reason for my complaint. I've never mentioned the reason for complaint!!

Your complaint got rejected - your complaint was weak.

Given that the only thing you seem to have taken issue with is the sick pay/other means then it would suggest that you have no issue with them rejecting the rest of your complaint (again indication of weak points... let me guess ‘didn’t know you had it’ or was ‘told I had to have to be accepted’).

I didn't even know what PPI was back then so yes my reason was I didn't know I had it.
Also for all those making out I'm thick thinking I didn't have good sick pay benefits etc... I definitely know I got at least 6 months as a colleague had just short of 6 months off and received full pay. I'm still in contact with her and have confirmed this. I will also ring the company and find out the exact duration. It was a very good company to work for and I may not know much about some things but know what benefits I received without being told by strangers that I probably didn't!!
