It is where the old MFI used to be, at the Tilehurst end of the Oxford Road. Halfords, B&M, Carpetright and Wickes are there now.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Can you post a photograph please. It could be useful in PE appeals and claims. I struggle with such techie stuff.

BPA audit photos of the signs ... which the PPC provides to them. Of course the PPC provides genuine copies of the actual site photos .............. ;)

I used to be an ISO auditor for my company, that just would not be allowed in a legitimate organisation!

The signage is unfit for purpose imo. The minimum height is seven feet off the ground, and the T&C runs into over a hundred words in very small print. I have 20/20 vision, and I struggled.
Pretty normal for PE. They always have their signs so high it's impossible to read the small print. But at least that benefits us, as they cannot possibly enforce an unreadable "contract".

There's am NCP car park in Bromley where, at the start of the entrance ramp, there is a sign on the wall. The sign is about A3 sized, and packed with text in 12point (or so) font. There are also signs saying no pedestrians, so the closest you can get is sitting in your car adjacent to the sign. You guessed, it's impossible to read, as it's still a metre or so away.

I wonder if they obtained the requisite permissions, I shall have to enquire.
Go to Reading Council's planning website and check. I bet they don't have advertising consent.

I had a look last night, could not find one so have written to Chief Planning Panjandrum.

    I was speculating ... but I'd wager that I'm probably right! :D

Those signs are good compared to the PE ones in our local Aldi store car park.
