Changing Three Price Plan

Go to three live chat tell them your circumstances have changed I cannot afford my monthly plan they should lower your monthly bill.RareSatire wrote: »Hi;
I am new here so I hope I am posting in the right forum.
I have a Three Network Unlimited Data plan, but I no longer need it & find it expensive to continue with it. I have called 333, the number Three Network suggests to call, but it does not present me with the option to make price plan changes. I tried talking to the Three representative but he either was unable to listen to me or pretending not to listen to me. He was stuck in a loop of "Hello, this is XYZ, how may I help you?"
Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
Thanks.0
