Changing Three Price Plan

Hi;
I am new here so I hope I am posting in the right forum.
I have a Three Network Unlimited Data plan, but I no longer need it & find it expensive to continue with it. I have called 333, the number Three Network suggests to call, but it does not present me with the option to make price plan changes. I tried talking to the Three representative but he either was unable to listen to me or pretending not to listen to me. He was stuck in a loop of "Hello, this is XYZ, how may I help you?"
Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
Thanks.

Go into three mobile shop if possible0

Sounds like a contract. If it is you're likely to be stuck with it until you reach the end of the minimum term.0

My contract ended in June 2018.0

Then you need to ring 333 again (it does work) or use the live chat feature in the 3 app or on their website to contact CS and ask to change price plan.====0 -
Sounds like you just had a bad connection - I've successfully changed by calling 333.0

Not unless you cancelled it - otherwise you simply reached the end of your minimum term and are likely paying over the odds.0 -

Try the option of 'I want to leave your network' that might wake them up

If only there was a way of getting that through to people!0 -

A pipedream. We both know that in 10 years' time there're still be people who 1) don't check their statements for years at a time and then moan, 2) sign up to contracts without understanding them first and then moan, 3) think they can leave their contracts before the minimum temr just because there's an annual rpi increase.... and the usual things they don't understand beforehand and expect to be bailed out without justification of any kind.0 -
And those that use the service then don't want to pay for it.0
