    well done well done on the £1k OP. I’ll subscribe to follow along. I wish I’d been more financially savvy in my 20s. It was early 30s I finally had my LBM. 

    The mortgage will soon be reducing fast and getting under £200k will be a huge boost.

    I wanted to say I'd been enjoying reading your diary and I will be following closely :smile: I love your goal of being morgage free in 10 years! I'm currently aiming for 13 years, but you've made me wonder whether I can stretch that goal a bit more!
