Do you think it's a whole new boiler situation (obviously not having seen it!) That's fine, it is an expense I had budgeted for, just to get an idea. Very thankful we still have a very close by rental property til the end of the month for showers!

I see no reason to do anything with the boiler if it's working, but you would def benefit from a controls upgrade that stuff is at least 40 or 50 years old
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.

I know you are all as emotionally invested in my boiler and hot water as I am, so update time!

Apparently our boiler doesn't provide our hot water, it's just from the immersion heater (which i swear I turned on and couldn't get hot water from)

We can have to boiler rewired to provide hot water too and I think this is probably a cost effective fix to go ahead with? We don't want to leave an immersion on all the time but we get up at 5:30 and I can't see a way to have a morning shower right off the bat without turning it on before bed. Although there is a timer in the immersion cupboard so is that a viable work around?
