we understand that , but when it comes to legal forms, like this one , or speeding charges , or council penalty notices , or an arrest and charge by the police for a crime , you DO NOT have the legal right to do anything on his behalf, nor take it on your own shoulders

he is over 18 and has the legal responsibility himself and you cannot act for him (but you can help him)


ie:- if he was in an accident due to alcohol and somebody lost their life, you cannot just say , ok , I will deal with this , I will go to jail etc. and the penalties for perjury are greater than this court case, hence why it needs fixing later on


you will have to put this into the WS later down the line and state its a mistake and he meant NOT THE DRIVER , DIDNT PAY etc

for now , get your DQ sorted out
