so the defence has already been submitted by your husband ? if yes then post it below, minus personal info

is your husband at the DQ stage ? if so, read that walkthrough by member BARGEPOLE in the newbies thread, post #2 and do the DQ

bear in mind that you keep saying I, so although YOU are doing the legwork, it must NOT be done in YOUR NAME, it must all be done by your husband submitting any documents or paperwork, even if you prepared it, IN HIS NAME

you cannot just take this over due to a sense of guilt, you are not in the dock, he is

so do everything in HIS name, regardless of YOU doing the prep work

Also as we never said it to me my husband would have to go to court as it’s in his name ?

Yes - if the claim is made against him, then he would need to attend.

This does give him scope to defend as keeper too - hopefully you have included this in the defence you submitted.

Yes I have done it all in his name . He would of paid it so I do feel responsible
I just wrote the facts of what happened . I didn’t realise it was the defense!
Wickford Station Greater Anglia Car Park and uses a ticketless payment system - Dash Park . These are how I always pay for my parking at this station. As Brittania Parking do not own the car park or the online payment system and I paid correctly on this date I dispute this parking charge notice.

They are still writing to resolve the matter quickly and asking for payment still within 14 days.

that is a witness statement about what happened on the day , not a defence

we were hoping the defence would include a few legal arguments as to why the defendant (your husband) was not liable for this invoice that BRIT sent him

not about what happened to the driver on the day

ie:- they did not ask why the driver isnt liable on the day , they sent a claim form to your husband and he was suppoed to address the fact that he is not liable for the invoice and charge being asked for

in any case, he is at the DQ stage now so read and follow the bargepole instructions of that part of this saga

Why did you type ''I paid'' even though the Defendant wasn't even driving or there?

Why not come here first, when the claim arrived? Oh well, keep going!

Seeing as you won't have to pay £230 even if your OH loses, you are best carrying on and putting it right, as best we can help you to do, at Witness Statement stage.

The N180 is explained in the NEWBIES thread, question by question, by bargepole in a link in the Second post there. So is WS an evidence stage (prior to the hearing your OH must attend locally at he court you nominate now). Unless he will not attend which means you'd have to put in a darn good WS and evidence pack to risk the case being heard 'on the papers' in his absence.

You can't go along on your own, BTW.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
