acronyms are in post #5 of that NEWBIES sticky thread, please read it

in fact, everything you need to know is in there, somewhere, its a case of spending time reading and digesting it

Directions Questionnaire, where your husband (not you) nominate your local civil court etc

all explained by member BARGEPOLE, if you read it

and remember, HE does it, in his own name , not you

I totally understand what you’re saying . I should if come here first . I just replied saying that he was driving and wanted to sort it out - I’ve done the opposite.
I’ll try and look for these threads thank you .

DQ? What does that mean . I’ve seen a barge pole defence on unclear signage .
    I already said:
The N180 is explained in the NEWBIES thread, question by question, by bargepole in a link in the Second post there.
Please can we ask you to take a step back and go and read the NEWBIES thread more thoroughly?

This is all explained in the sticky. We don't need to chew over DQ N180 stage.

you do realise that in doing the above your husband (its in his name) has lied to the court ?

ie:- you have impersonated him and lied to an official court on an official government website by lying and saying that he was driving when he was not driving

We know you have, and we told you which OTHER stage you can put this right, as best your husband can. He can explain in his WS what really happened and that he was speaking for the driver in his defence, and then talk about how unclear the two car park boundaries & terms are.

Please read the 'WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' part of the NEWBIES thread.

thats my point , that defence stated that the facts are true and yet they are not true, with a deliberate lie, ie:- perjury

and its too late to change it now

this will need to be addressed later down the line

It's not a deliberate lie though, nothing to worry about.
