I was with them years ago.Joined up as a telephone customer in exchange for free dial-up internet access then about nine moths later with absolutely no warning they dumped all of their line rental subscribers .They gave up the telephone game and left 1000s in the lurch in the process.

I ended up back with BT for the phone line and Pipex for internet access ,who are now part of Tiscali.

However I have just requested my MAC code from Pipex and about to go to O2 for BB .I've had enough of Pipex's 'fair usage policy' which on some occasions means 28kbs connection speeds.

They used to be a great company but are utterly useless now,particularly CS.
