If you are going to submit half of the London library then print it yourself and hand deliver the bundle , plus post to the claimant too

Excerpts are fine , providing the court can look up the initial time , so excerpts from POFA , the CRA , Beavis etc , no need for the whole thing, keep the excerpts as Exhibits and number them with your initials plus a number , such as JPS01 , JPS02 etc and a brief reference to them in the WS , also add an exhibit for the Abuse of process , the CRA , plus your costs schedule too

If it is greater than 50 pages , it's overcooked , this isn't the Kray Twins trial , just a small claims court dispute , the keyword is Small
  • You dont submit the POFA, as its available to them to look up on their terminal > Just the excerpt relevant to you.

It's been adjourned twice due to VCS arriving unprepared in court once, then a second time on a conference call hearing with different representation who again was unprepared. There's a 3rd and hopefully final hearing scheduled for early December.

OMG I hope you asked for your costs each time to be reserved or ordered to be paid by VCS!

Some courts are too indulgent of PPC scammers.

Very well done in beating the 'No stopping where stopping is not allowed' scam.
She deemed the contact to be unfair as it did not allow for stopping in an emergency, say for an unexpected sudden health issue.
There never was any contract. The three main component parts of a contract are:
    • an offer.
    • an acceptance.
    • a consideration (usually money).
Not one of those in evidence in VCS airport stopping signage. Their charge was a disguised penalty - no private organisation can issue one of those. The Judge got it right, but not for the right reason in my view!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

So the Airport byelaws include an exemption for stopping in an emergency, but VCS decide to pretend that exemption doesn't exist.

It's been adjourned twice due to VCS arriving unprepared in court once, then a second time on a conference call hearing with different representation who again was unprepared. There's a 3rd and hopefully final hearing scheduled for early December.
They deserve the cost these three hearings have put them to, but it's a shame you didn't ask for your costs, given the above waste of your time, 3 times.

However, a win is a win, and great to see (for the 2nd time today) ANOTHER VCS ONE BITES THE DUST!
