2 Foot of Head, you really need to be posting on your own thread. Your situation might have some similarities with the OPs, but there are also some significant differences.
You are asked not to start a thread if the subject matter has already been covered … in the NEWBIES and reading other posts and threads. It does not mean asking questions on someone else's thread.
We cannot answer your questions here as everything will get confused.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Hi guys,
Just received a 'letter before claim'. Any advice appreciated.

Hi guys,
Just received a 'letter before claim'. Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
A SAR to the parking firm, as you will already have read from the sticky.
We assume no solicitor involved? VCS doing this themselves?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
It appears to be from VCS directly, not a solicitor.
Thanks, I'll re-read the sticky, it's been a while.0 -
Hi guys,
I reviewed their evidence after following the steps regarding the SAR previously. Basically there's a clip showing my vehicle stopped with hazard lights on for 46 seconds before pulling away.
Today in the post I have received a "Claim Form", they want me to pay £185.00. I assume my next step is to let them know that I intend to defend against the claim, is that correct?
Thanks0 -
just follow the instructions in the newbies thread, post #2
what is the ISSUE DATE on your claim form ?0
