I'm sorry about the thread hi-jack but one of the things I was conscious of after reading up last night, was the point about not starting new threads when the subject matter has already been covered - I realise it can become tedious for the regulars who provide excellent advice on here.

2 Foot of Head, you really need to be posting on your own thread. Your situation might have some similarities with the OPs, but there are also some significant differences.

You are asked not to start a thread if the subject matter has already been covered … in the NEWBIES and reading other posts and threads. It does not mean asking questions on someone else's thread.

We cannot answer your questions here as everything will get confused.

A SAR to the parking firm, as you will already have read from the sticky.

We assume no solicitor involved? VCS doing this themselves?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It appears to be from VCS directly, not a solicitor.

    Thanks, I'll re-read the sticky, it's been a while.

    Hi guys,

I reviewed their evidence after following the steps regarding the SAR previously. Basically there's a clip showing my vehicle stopped with hazard lights on for 46 seconds before pulling away.

Today in the post I have received a "Claim Form", they want me to pay £185.00. I assume my next step is to let them know that I intend to defend against the claim, is that correct?

    Thanks
