Switch still in progress a year on

Hi
I successfully switched thanks to MSE Energy Club a year ago. But my account page is still showing 'in progress'. So now it's time to switch again. Problem is, I can't seem to get a comparison of other tariffs. Is it because the switch in 'stuck'. Anyone have any idea what I can do to get the 'switch' accepted?
For what it's worth, I switched from SSE to Scottish Power - the switch went ahead faultlessly.
