How did you manage with no claim form??
Am I right in thinking if I lose, I get one month to pay before a CCJ? Worst case I'll just have to pay but I feel so ripped off and this whole thing stinks.
Is there anyway to appeal once its been issued by the court and have a month to pay?0 -
