But my signature under my posts tells you where to click. I don't carry the colourful words below all my posts for fun.

Please just click where it tells you to...this is not difficult, even for non forum users, very simple, 2 clicks back.

When are you going to bother to answer Umkomaas' questions in post #3?

I reminded you of those outstanding questions in post #11 a week ago, but still you have not answered.

You seem to be ignoring any responses.

Until you answer those questions you are unlikely to get any further help.

Time is or the essence at this stage in the process.

You need to get your threads merged, this is very confusing working two threads for the same case. You were asked if you had received a claim form before.

Sorry people I don't mean to be rude or ignorant, as I said I'm not the best with this stuff or computers.
I haven't got a letter from Northampton Court it's from BW Legal.
As I was told to ignore everything, I've ignored and binned every letter I've had so cant say if I've had one previously but I don't think so.

    This headline from BWLegal says
NOTICE OF PENDING COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT

Is there anywhere I can put a picture up.

Thanks for your help and quick response.

Therefore you haven't a claim form and cannot do the AoS. To put up a letter, scan it or photograph it and use a hosting site such as tinytpic or imgur and post a broken URL like hxxps://............and someone will fix it for you.

    Ignore does not mean bin!
No one said throw them away.

Does it state they have filed a claim? Yes or no.

It doesn't say specifically filed a claim...

    The first paragraph says...

A county court judgement may be entered against you

As you are aware we represent Brittania parking group Ltd. We have issued legal proceedings against you in the form of a County Court claim.
You have failed to respond with proposements to pay or why the debt is disbuted.

If you do not contact or respond to the county court claim, we will enter a CCJ against you by march 10th.

Then they issued a claim 2 weeks ago. Did you bin a claim form, from Northampton Court (Google what it looks like) 2 weeks ago?

You need to ring the CCBC at Northampton and ask for the claim number and copy of it, and to ask if they have had posting issues again?
