If the motorist has ignored DRP, then there is no charge
to the PPC but still the £60 is added and passed on

I have full documentary evidence of this. I have a LBC actually stating that £60.00 has been added on for debt collector's fee's and details from DRP's website stating that they operate on a no collection, no fee basis. If this was an MP they would have been hung out to dry.

I find it incomprehensible to believe that they have been allowed to get away with this for so long. It is totally dishonest and people who have already been scammed in this way should be allowed to reclaim this. What makes it worse is that the PPC's are even charging interest on a sum that they have obtained through deception in the first place.

What we need is a new PPI type set up to reclaim money from the scam

Mr Double should understand what side of his bread is buttered.

Yes, it could happen. They have pushed their luck too far and become too greedy.

MPs are notoriously gullible, look how many of our present crop have been sold a pup by their leaders.

    A bit of light relief.
