Well I sent my standard SAR Letter and their letter (Letter Before Claim) stated I had to respond by 27/4/2019 ; I sent my email with attached letter signed by the Company Secretary on 9/4/2019 @ 16:37, Paper copy kept on file. I have had no further communication from them, no email, no letter or phone calls.

I don't see it as my Job to go chasing them for new, so I will just wait. Keep you all updated. Thanks

If they are past the 30 days for the SAR, then complain to them and then the ICO.

Did the letter include (or point to) financial forms (which you don't fill in) and did it include the particulars of claim along with all their evidence that they are going to rely on? If so, it is a "proper" LoC. If you have submitted a SAR and received info as a result of that, there is no point sending another one just to get the same data back. The next stage will be a claim form from Northampton CCBC. Meantime head to NEWBIE section post # 2 and read up on defences and the small claims court process, particularly what happens when.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to everyone. I picked up the LBC Letter No.2 from my accountants which is also the registered address for my limited company and it's dated 22/05/2019 it's no different than the first letter.

    1. LBC telling me to pay before 22/06/2019 or they will commence legal proceedings and then a break down of charges
2.. Information sheet and reply form
    3. financial statement

All the above are addressed to the limited company, no name. What my next step? send another SAR in response to this letter? do nothing? prepare the ground for a CCJ and a legal fight which I don't really want.
    Thanks

Did you get a response to the SAR?
If yes, then what would sending another SAR do?
If no, then why would sending another SAR help? You should be complaining

Your next step is, as ever, to look at the newbies thread which has a COMPLETE breakdown of the LBC stage.

Did you get a response to the SAR? - No
If yes, then what would sending another SAR do? - I thought it may be best, just to have replied
If no, then why would sending another SAR help? You should be complaining - would that be by a new SAR outlining that I sent a SAR on xx date and had no response? also why would they have been writing to my home/office address and then send same LCB to my Registered Address.

If you have submitted a SAR and proved who you were in the SAR, you should be sending a complaint to the ICO (check it out by asking Auntie Google - I believe it is a quick process that you do on-line) and then send the SAR again explaining that you have now complained to ICO to the their failure to respond in the given time scales.

They will (should) write to the address they received from the DVLA when they applied for it in the first instance, unless you have informed them of a new address for service.
