  • Well done on your result.

Which judge ? There is a judge on the Manchester circuit who gives the PPC's a hard time. I did read that he will actually move listings to hear these cases.

Beamer, I think we will have to crowdfund for a new pram. I have 50 Vietnamese dongs somewhere kicking around that I would be happy to contribute.

Judge Iyer - the Judge Jeffreys of PPC world. :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Excel Parking Services v Xircom Systems Limited
    Case Struck off / Dismissed

Do not pass go, do not collect £200 ; sloppy paperwork by Excel, Bad Witness Statement where they claim to be Leaseholder, Landlord and Managing Services for the Car Park ; Also they cannot go for a 3rd party, i.e Lease Car with VW Financial Service Limited, then come after Xircom Systems Ltd, then Me the owner of the company, the company cannot drive a car (it all got very technical and way above my head) I will post the final instruction up once I have a copy.

    Win Win Win
    Thanks

    Brilliant result, EXCEL LOSE AGAIN.

Your Ltd company is an entity and not a person. Only people can drive.
Imagine if a smart motorway was full of entities ????

Beggars belief that EXCEL simply don't understand, no wonder they get spanked

Except without the hanging of the guilty party at the end, unless it's a metaphorical hanging ;)
