Good, that's presumably because you requested it on your DQ. Good luck on the day.

Excel Parking Services v Xircom Systems Limited
    Case Struck off / Dismissed

Do not pass go, do not collect £200 ; sloppy paperwork by Excel, Bad Witness Statement where they claim to be Leaseholder, Landlord and Managing Services for the Car Park ; Also they cannot go for a 3rd party, i.e Lease Car with VW Financial Service Limited, then come after Xircom Systems Ltd, then Me the owner of the company, the company cannot drive a car (it all got very technical and way above my head) I will post the final instruction up once I have a copy.

    Win Win Win
    Thanks

Too late now. The time to apply for costs is immediately after the claim is dismissed, while you are in front of the Judge.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

We do tell everyone this, and that's why you filed & served a costs schedule in advance, so you could turn to that 'small' matter at the end...

Well it a small amount to lose, given that I won the case and it cost them more to take me to court than what the fine was worth, all good in the end.
