  • So thanks to everyone who has helped tomorrow is the day.
Any practical help or tips for how to present the case, or things to avoid saying or doing I'd appreciate any help.

Have a look at this short video:
  • So I've been waiting for 30 minutes and gladstones have not turned up yet. If they don't come will judge fight their case on their behalf.

The judge won't "fight it" as such but they may want to run through your defence and question a few points.
  • There....where???
  • Just got out, gladstones never showed up and asked judge to hear it based upon their witness statement.
After 10 minutes of questions he said he'd seen and heard enough he found in my favour and awarded some of my costs: 90 pounds to be paid in 21 days. The judge said my bundle and evidence presented was fantastic and presentation in court was also more than he would expect from a lay person.
He found based on poor signage so no abuse of process to report. Many thanks to all on here who helped.

    GREAT NEWS ......:j

Gladstones spent all their time and money and then end up not going to court ?? What a complete shambles they are ?

Talk about a "mickey mouse" outfit, not fit for purpose
  • I've got to agree, Beamerguy, now I've followed process to conclusion I can't understand how these Muppets are allowed to continue. I'm guessing I'm not going to receive my 90 pounds, so will I have to take a small claims out on JD parking if not.

They will send you the £90, they will not want court bailiffs turning up at the golf club

You don't have to make a small claim. The court has already awarded it.
