sorry why send defence as email when there is a place to do it on money claim
And once again, that is true.
You need to read Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread where you question is explicitly answered.
Alternatively, you could follow the bespoke guidance already offered to you in your very own thread.
Your choice.I have printed signed scanned back as pdf and have the address from sticky threads ready to send.0 -
I think the defence misses out 'no landowner authority' (seen in most defences).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, I'm happy then I'll get it sent off tomorrow, out of interest is it usual for more than one company to enforce on same street, perhaps I should go up with a bucket and charge a fiver for all the unmarked bays.0

Hi, quick update , i received my SAR from drp ,JD PARKING directed me here, evidence for this particular pcn is 4 photos of my vehicle in a bay with no signage, no pictures of any signs telling me not to park.
pcn dated 19/04/18 sent on 23/4/18, no pcn on window no anpr camera just a warden who took some photos.
next letter from drp 29/5/18 followed by two more dated 12/6/18 and 27/6/18
followed by two from zenith dated 17/7/18 and 6/8/18,
i received no notice to keeper letter and none is present in SAR, unless the pcn I received is ntk, but as its less than 14 days from pcn issue so im sure its not.
thanks Le-Kirk for pointing out my messed up message i guess my question is how do they think they can win in court with such non evidence, all seems a waste of time to me, i understand the letters trying to scare people into paying must make the crooks some money, but this will cost them possibly hundreds win or lose.0 -
Wow, would you like to edit that jumble of text, including a few line breaks and then read it and see if you can make sense of what you've written.
What actually is the question you are asking?
If you have submitted your defence, you will need to use the evidence from the SAR to assist you in writing your Witness Statement to counter what the PPC are saying.0 -
Thanks for help so far,so i'm off to court 13th September yes its a Friday. i am putting together a witness statement and have a few questions. First is as i'm posting my copy to court do i send printed photos or not. If not what do i do. Also i'm not sure if they are taking me as driver or keeper. The particulars of claim are : The driver of the vehicle parked in breach of the terms and again later : the driver of the vehicle agreed to pay pcn but later on :claimant claims from driver/keeper of the vehicle.0

If they have added on monies to which they are not lawfully entitled use it in your defence. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
