not so exciting when it sometimes comes wrong.. just noticed a mistake on my invoice... - doesn't happen very often though.

Do you do your avon ordering online, when I get a credit, I always just pay whats due on my invoice minus the cost of what I will get credited when I place the order online. For instance this month, my credits were worth 9.73, so I paid my invoice minus that amount and it worked itself out to give me a balance of £0.00, that way you aren't waiting three weeks for your money back.

They don't get it wrong often, but its not too bad when you get stuff you haven't been invoiced for...! did i say that??? :A

Hi all was worried as my invoice still didnt show credits from 1/2/08 which is longer than the 28 days and didnt want to get a recharge of £25 was bit wary of calling customer services as i have heard they can be really awkward about stuff being returned but no need to be as the woman on the phone was very friendly and she said no problem i will make sure thay are on your next invoice woohoo pleased............
So do you recon i should just with hold the £25 of my payment ???

Hi, how do you do your ordering? Online or by post? If you use the online returns system it always credits you immediately and just says to send the stuff over.

If the customer services have said they have sorted it then thats fine, I wouldn't withhold any payment though, because I'm sure if you don't have a zero balance when you place your next order, it can cause delays. I might be wrong though.

i was supposed to get two beauty bonus bags - and tehy didn't arrive but where shown on my invoice - if i phone up to reqest them will i receive them? if so when will i receive them?

I am owed a couple from CP4 which havent come, but apparently are meant to be here with my next order which comes next week.

It said at the bottom of my onvoice that there was no stock and that they would be included in next delivery so might be worth checking to see if it says that on yours too?

Just wandered how many people put there avon books in plastic bags??
I think personally it must get quite expensive to do this everytime but do tend to lose a few books to the weather...!
I have found quite a few people will put them out in bags for me even if they are not ordering...
just wanted your thoughts!!
