Maybe someone is already doing your area, get your sales leader to see if anybody is down as doing friends and family in the area.

Im at the stage now i can take on more streets to improve my earnings as i work nights so free in the days to canvas. Upon calling my 'sales leader' to get more streets she is incredably reluctant to give me any more with a very confusing reason/s which were 1. i cant give you more streets because i need to keep up sales figures?????????????? 2. its not fair on new reps ??????????????? 3. I do one half of a street which crosses a main road so i asked to do the rest and she then said its not her area its another sales leader...

Well im confused surly im proving myself by earning money im assuming she gets some sort of commision and im eager to take on more..... why is this a problem? what should i do? should i email avon direct about this? canvas streets without her permission but i obviously dont want to step onto another reps patch

What sort of hampers have you guys got lined up? - I've already got my ideas about the father's day one but I'm not sure when I should start selling tickets (i was thinking about buying the black suede as that's on offer as well as the men's skin care regime- which would make it a £30 total basket but a £12 spend (without my comission deducted)).

As easter begins March 21st I suppose I could order some items and quickly make up the basket when my delivery comes (13th March).

How do you sell your tickets to customers - do you include flyers and/or ask them when you deliver products. What sort of products would you include for an easter basket...and is it worth while doing?

I know that this one is most probably genuine, when I was first allocated my streets I saw the program which my Sales leader used and my house was right on the border, which wouldn't allow me to continue down my street.

I know that my Sales Leader doesn't make commission from my sales (she's employed directly through Avon).

It is confusing how she wont allow you to take on extra streets - I hope that someone else can be a little more helpful than myself.

Hi sp0z to advertise mine i made up some leaflets the same size as the avon book and wrote on the order form "win a mothers day basket see leaftlet for details" on the leaftlet i wrote " spend 10 or more and receive 5 raffle ticket to win the mothers day basket" and i put that it would be drawn by a none ticket holing customer.

I have just been talking to my partner about a farthers day basket think i will order the black suede as it seems to be very popular.I have taken over 1000 pounds in orders and i ran it over 2 books,Im not doing an easter.

Sales leader is the same to my wife, she wants new streets but isnt allowed them as she has too many houses, even tho she has been told her earnings are above average for the area, really dont get why she cant have any more

We have unoficially took some more streets as there is no avon rep in the area and people want the service.

She has been asked to become a sales leader herself, she dosent want to do that, just take on more streets as she can quite easily do it.

I know there is a new girl in the next street to us that has just started doing avon and 2 of my customers have said that some1 else has been there trying to get there custom,but lucky for me i got there first and they both said they will stick with me.
