When we do new houses we put on the printout if they dont want any more books to jot there names on the back, it works as well.

BTW the wife has been asked to become a sales leader is it worth doing ?

How the heck do you cancel this? We are getting charged 50p a month for one book to be sent out  The customers we've been given don't spend and we can't do another area because someone else does. We want out but can't find out how.

Speak to your sales leader or phone the helpline, you only get sent a book if you place an order, when we havent placed orders they dont send a book

Also, I believe that if you don't order for 3 consecutive campaigns, your account gets closed anyway

We've been sent books when we've not made an order. Don't have a Sales Leader - half the problem really.

Has anyone ordered the bouns beauty bag for them selfs (you know if a customer hasnt put the code for it down) and if you have what do you say if the customer says i thought i got a bag free? do you say you didnt put the code down so i didnt order it?

Personally, if a customer forgot to order the beauty bonus I would order one on their behalf and explain upon delivery that they should write down codes in future, only as it was made such a feature in the brochure.

One of my customers ordered £30 worth of Anew so I was able to break it down in to 2 orders and gain 2 beauty bonus'. However she didn't even realise that she was entitled to one and was pleased that I let her know, even though I could have ordered and kept the 2 for myself - I feel that this builds good relationships with customers as they feel that you've put their interest first (even though we do back order and make more profit, but then we do need to earn money :P).

Its one of those double sworded questions, yes in theory you should order for the customer, buy at the end of the day they had the brochere.

Maybe on this one ocassion order it for the customer, and when you deliever explain what happened, and u noticed at the last min, but they really need to put a code down, in the eyes of the customer you will be flavour of the month and they are liable to remember that and order more in the future.

We order the bonus for the customer if they forget, it makes you look good in the long run, we just explain that they need to add the code.

What you can do is look at all your orders and you may get yourself a few goodies this way as someone may order £10 worth of items another orders £5 so there is your £15 for the freebie, we got 4 free sets last order because of this and gave them to our best customers as a freebie :j
