  • Did you use a money off quote with these purchases?

Ive had about £2000 via Quidco in 2 years and only had 3 problem transactions - 2 untracked transactions where resolved when i put in an enquiry and i have 2 o/s enquiries.

All four where from when i first started before i was fully deleting all cookies and aware that codes can affect it

Ive got many friends who use it and no problems. Sure people will come on this thread with problems but i stand by my comment that bar the odd exception its as a result of user error

The error was using Quidsgone, how can the simple uneducated poor person make the error which trackes the payment for four/five weeks?

I log on with the usual details, logged in to the merchant site, and go through the usual transaction, i.e I pay money out and they track the payment which shows as tracking, and then after four or five weeks, it disappears and I see it is declined, so I raise a ticket with Quidsgone, and month after month I chase it and chase it and eventually.....nothing.

You must just be a Saintly person with great faith :A . I am obviously a simpleton and a sinner

Like the lottery, I have used Quidsgone on many occasions and have followed the procedures as normal and got paid out with everything under £30, possibly 15 transactions, but anything of value...ooops...declined.

Never been turned down or queried anything, never returned anything, always paid by credit card which has gone through and ALways tracked the payment, I think they watch while you take the bait taken, keep you on the hook a while and then...ping
  • Yes it must be coz im a saint.....;)

Anyhow guess we will have to agree to disagree and people vote with their feet (or clicking fingers in this case!)

    :D

My Whiskas Kitten pack arrived today - ordered 16th December. Well worth it - you get your £1.45 on Quidco and 4 packs of Whiskas plus some Whiskas vouchers and a Catsan voucher for kitty litter
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155
  • Hi Guys
I use firefox for all Quidco. Been with them about 4 months.Everything tracks apart from shopping.com. In fact, it never has done.
Been through the Quidco guides and tried everything they recommend on the site to ensure tracking. Tried Internet Explorer, still nothing. Any ideas?

I also use firefox for Quidco - I have very few days when shopping.com tracks 3 times, but usually it will track once or twice x 10p.

One thing i found helpful (other then deleting my cookies) was to turn Adblock off, as this seemed to stop shopping.com from tracking at all.
  • Just a quick question, I bought a dvd the other day on quidco via hmv, checked my earnings , it says 0.00 amount, 0.00 earnings validated , should have been 9%, everything else has an amount in the validated box, do you think this will sort itself out in time or at what stage do I notify them? Thanks
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is, unless its from this forum!
  • I think that HMV always tracks at 0.00 and then comes through at the right amount later.
