  • hi there
ive not long opened an account on quidco and not sure now whether i want to have it. i was having a moment and didn't realise that i would be charged yearly of £5. and if i dont use it i will have to fork out of my own pocket. or shall i just leave it? i guess its just the understanding of it and having the time. your advise would be gratefully appreciated.
Things will get better day by day.
  • The money is taken out of any cashback you earn.
It's not debited from your personal bank account.
  • You don't pay admin charge if you don't earn,
Worth joining up, I have got £700 back since I joined in Nov 06.

I agree with Bright-Idea, I joined in October and have had £180 paid out already, £120 validated, £80 tracking and £60 enquires.
I'v only spent about £50 in stuff that I would have bought anyway.
Even if you use it for daily clicks only and cash out once a year, after your £5 fee, you'll still be up.

P.s Set up a spam email address and use that for all you free joins.

Never regretted joining Quidco - you can easily make the £5 per year fee with clickthroughs and it seems to pay higher rates than most other cashback sites. A couple of transactions not paid out yet but I'm actively chasing those other than that usually no problems at all.
  • Hi im really new to all this. Im probably being thick but how do you find the offers? Is it a section all its own or do you just search for them? Also the daily clicks is that in a section or do you search relevant company on your search function and go that way? Thanks so much in anticipation of you help

The daily clicks are Kelkoo, Car Source, shopping.com and The High Street Web. Search for them in the box on the main page. You can set them as your favourites to help speed things up.
  • So is it just for signing up with sheriff directories that you get the 60p, as a once only thing?

No section on its own I'm afraid. You could put them in order of lowest offer and you will see quite a few pay 50p, 60p etc for signing up, other than that its case of trawling through them.
you can make quite a bit though for signing up to things and cancelling. I've made £165 since Sept 07 and most of that didn't involve spending anything.
  • I have just been on quidco to sign up for the £4 on the lottery but it says you have to register and deposit £5. Is that correct and can you take it out again?
