I turn mine over each night (unless i forget :eek:)

    I don’t turn my pillow during the night at all!

    Then about once a week, and change the case every 2 weeks..

    Ditto, espcially in the summer. I got through a lot of clean pillow cases last summer

    I too turn my pillow several times a night. I change the cases every time I wash my hair.
    When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!

    Several times a night, to keep the high side supporting my head. The down gets shoved to the other end over time, so when I turn the pillow, it's back at the front. I fluff and turn my pillows every morning while airing the bed.
