How often do you turn over your Pillows?

  • I change the pillow cases twice as often as the rest of the linen, so every few days.
  • Each time I wake so probably about 2 or3 times each night
All that clutter used to be money

I turn them over whenever I wake during the night, I like both the cold side and the high side.

We have those wedge pillows which have a zip on cover so not very often else you find your ear is on the zip. I change the ordinary outside covers on mine every time I wash my hair . The men sort their own pillow cover changing as they wash hair at different times.

Probably every few nights? Turn it over, give it a few punches and then it's good for a while.

Once my little Tempur pillow & I have agreed on how I'm comfortable, I leave it. Even if I get up & return, I tend to leave it as I know once I snuggle back down, I'll be asleep again in seconds.
(I sleep hard as the anticonvulsants haul me under.)

The pillowcase I change every week.

I have a tempur cloud pillow as well. It's the best pillow I've ever used.
